Shipping lingo, for those who are unsure, means that “days” is really business days. That does not include Saturday or Sunday … or national holidays. Alaska & Hawaii: UPS will not guarantee Expedited Shipping times. But, keep in mind, 2-day & Next-Day Air will ship much faster than standard delivery. Even though they usually arrive on time, we want to warn you … there is a chance your amazing products may show up later than the suggested expedited time. In order to protect our customers, OKOTO may ship specific packages signature required.

There is also a chance UPS may require a signature, even if we don’t ask them to. This can happen when an item is shipped to an apartment without a doorman, or similar situation. Think about where you get your package delivered, in the case this could be an issue. The United States Postal Service does not have the ability to track international packages (including shipments to Canada). Even though you may not have chosen USPS we sometimes ship USPS to save money on shipping and keep your shipping costs down. Just to reiterate, under the circumstances described the tracking is out of our hands so don't get mad at us if we cannot give you the exact location of your package.

Shipping to a Military Addresses:

We support our troops and are more than stoked to ship to any APO and FPO addresses thanks to our good friends at the US Postal Service.

Shipping to Canada:

We offer Standard UPS shipping to Canada in which real time rates apply.

You are responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees.

UPS Canadian Express order can be tracked on the UPS website and we will email you a tracking number when your order ships.
